A Tech Startup in the Finance and Insurance Space requires customer success leads with experience managing Customers Experience on tech platforms, marketplaces, or online payment processing related.

Such a Manager is expected to understand how to individually work with Multi-Vendors, Merchants, Logistics, Payment Processors, Tech and Product Teams as well as Consumers.

This role requires a proactive was as well as we are able to maintain calm under pressure from customers, as well as a very strong and effective communication ability to communicate solutions to users.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Start as a Customer Success Lead and transition into Coordinating the Customer Success Team

2. Set up a standard process and metrics to evaluate team members Alongside the head of operations

3. Ensure professionalism in the approach to managing inbound calls and issue resolution (Quality Assurance)

4. Identify training needs and conduct such training.

5. Provide direct customer support for all stakeholders

Qualification -

B.sc in any discipline.

Marketing and Comms or human relations is an advantage

- Vast and Experienced Usage of CRMs and other essential tools relevant to the role

- 2 or more years of experience in a Tech Company in customer service, customer success, or customer experience roles

Salary: ₦150,000.00 per month
