It is wrong to say "kpomo" has NO nutritional value!

It is more correct to say it has LOW nutritional value.

Compared to regular meats, it has low protein and skin-collagen.

But, it is a good dietary roughage.

So, it helps the process of digestion.

So, yes, kpomo has nutrients (especially if you add other nutritious stuff during cooking)
