China on Saturday launched a new satellite into space from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Northwest China. The satellite, Shiyan-20C, was launched by a Long March-2D carrier rocket at 91 a.m. and entered the set orbit successfully. It will help test and verify new technologies in orbit such as space environment monitoring.
